A one-day vernissage of personal works, housed and exhibited in my studio flat in Berlin.
An installation specifically curated around the concept of the “Intersection”—a constant evolving intersection of colors, cultures, moments in time throughout my first year living in Berlin—materialised into various multidisciplinary works ranging from digital prints to mixed media paintings, and repurposed objects.
“Mirror” - 103cm x 191.5cm
Acrylic gouache on canvas
Created during a 3-month artist residency programme in Seyðisfjörður, Iceland, the motifs within this painting symbolize the enmeshing of two cultures—one in which I embody and the other in which I momentarily inhabited. This location-specific installation was a marker for my daily walkway to the art studio, and became a reflective point, a mirror to self—I live in this tension point between materials, both industrial and natural, man-made and organic, digital and analogue.
Digital landscapes—personal works.

”Going Back”
